Non-Activation Exception
If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased digital product and we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and must include clear evidence of the issue.
Unauthorized Use & Chargebacks
Attempting to obtain a refund after using the digital product, or initiating a chargeback for a product that has been accessed or consumed, may result in:
